Things are looking up. My last check from Draft FCB arrived today, which will allow me to disburse funds to Haiti. And my own well-being is improving. Since May 1, I have been in my very own apartment. For the preceding 2 weeks, I lived in hotels. This was interesting. It also allowed me to take weekend trips. Finally, I visited Milwaukee!
Here I am, in late April, as drawn by myself in the Ambassador East in Chicago. They are one of those hotels that grant temporary occupancy of fine bath robes. I do enjoy a good bathrobe. At this point, I was new to left-handed drawing, but I believe I captured a Picasso-influenced / idiot savant BIG NOSE that I may be.
